Q1：What is your main products ?
We focus on all kinds of Sports Bag, our main products are baseball / softball bags, tennis racket bags, pickleball and padel bags, sports gym backpack and duffel, baseketball/football/volleyball backpack, ice hockey bags, lacrosse stick bags, cricket kit bags, team equipment bags, racing helemt bags, outdoor bags, waterproof series bags etc.
Q2：What is your Minimum Order Quantity ?
Our MOQ is usually 500pcs to start, but can accept two colors. We also have some team order available for baseball bags, basketball bags and tennis backpack, which can start from 12pcs.
Q3：Do you offer OEM / ODM service ?
We accept OEM / ODM orders for all our bag production lines, including client's logos and labels. With the powerful R&D capabilities, we share creativity on every products with functional and customizable design
Q4：Can I have a sample for evaluation and how much ?
Yes. When customers accept the quatation, we can arrange the samples for them. Normally sample charge is requested and sample fee is refundable when customer place the order. The sample cost depends on different styles, pls contact us for more details.
Q5：What's the lead time for samples ?
Around 10-15 days for backpack and 15-20 days for wheeled bag. Base on our original model will be more quicker.
Q6：What's the payment term of your company ?
30% T/T (Bank Transfer) deposit before production, 70% T/T(Bank Transfer) before shipment. The payment term is negotiable when you have continuous reorder and long-term relationship.
Q7：What's the delivery time for orders ?
Within 60-75 days after received the deposit. Backpack usually need 60 days, big roller bag usually need 75 days.
Q8：How does your company do for quality control ?
Our QC team make quality inspection for the raw materials before production, controling online production, monitoring packing and doing final inspection before delivery. We will follow the "Production Schedule" accordingly to make sure that each step will be going smoothly and qualified.
Q9：What shippng options do I have for bulk production ?
By sea or by air as per your request. For large quantity order, sea cargo is the best choice. We can provide International Door-to-Door Service for you. This is recommended for buyers who want worry-free for import customs clearance.
